Connecting your Ad Networks to Ktrl

Ktrl supports integration with 6 ad networks in addition to your MMP.

Ad Network integrations allow Ktrl to ingest live bids for your campaigns, and further refine the bid targets Ktrl provides UA managers. See this article for more information on how this data will be used.

To start, click the Ktrl logo and then navigate to Ad Network. Then, click "Add Connection" nexts to the name of the ad networks you are using.

AppLovin

  1. Log into ads.axon.ai

  2. Click your account name (top right) → Keys

  3. Copy the relevant key(s) and paste into Ktrl:

    • Reporting API: Report Key

    • Campaign Management API: Management Key + Account ID

Google

  1. Find your Customer ID at the top right of ads.google.com (format XXX-XXX-XXXX). Paste into Ktrl and click save - the Kohort team will then send a link request to your account

  2. Once you get an email, please approve it;

    1. Either click the link in the email we send

    2. Or in Google Ads go to Admin → Access and security → Managers

  3. Accept the Kohort request and choose an access level (e.g. Read-only)

Unity

  1. In cloud.unity.com, open the left hand side navigation panel and click the settings icon labeled "Administration". This opens a sub menu to the right of the navigation panel called "Administration".

  2. Select "Settings" and copy your Organisation ID and paste into Ktrl.

  3. Go back to the Administration menu and now select "Service Accounts".

  4. Click "+ New" and name it "Kohort", then click on the newly added item in the list,

  5. On the page (Service Accounts → Ktrl), scroll down to Organisation Roles and click "Manage organisation roles":

    • Advertise API Viewer

    • Advertise Stats API MMP Viewer

    • Advertise Stats API Viewer

  6. Finally, scroll up to "Keys" and click "Add Key". Copy and then paste the Key ID and Secret Key into Ktrl.

Mintegral

  1. In your Mintegral dashboard, navigate to Settings and then look for a setting that relates to "API"

  2. Create a new key.

  3. Paste your Access Key and API Key into Ktrl.

TikTok

  1. Click on the Ktrl logo when on the Ktrl web app.

  2. Navigate to Ad Networks.

  3. Next to "TikTok Ads", click "+ Add Connection".

  4. This will launch TikTok Business Centre.

  5. Log in and click Confirm on the modal (see below)

  6. Input the confirmation code you will be emailed (or similar 2FA)

Meta

  1. Go to business.facebook.com → Settings → Partners

  2. Click Add → Give a partner access to your assets

  3. Enter our business portfolio ID: 882185107544045, then Next

  4. Select the ad account tied to the app(s) you manage in Ktrl

  5. Enable both permissions: View performance and Manage campaigns (ads)

  6. Click Assign assets
