1. Access the Billing Portal
Go to: Kohort Billing Portal
You’ll see a login screen asking for your email address
Enter your email and click Send
2. Confirm via Email
You’ll receive an email with the subject line “Access your customer portal”
Click Log in to your customer portal in the email
This secure link takes you directly to your billing dashboard
3. Manage Your Subscription & Payment Method
Once inside the portal, you can:
View your current subscription details (plan name, price, renewal date)
Cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel subscription
Update your payment method by editing your saved card or adding a new one
Adding a New Game (Subscription Increase)
If you’d like to add a new game, which increases your subscription price:
