Manage Billing Subscription

1. Access the Billing Portal

  • You’ll see a login screen asking for your email address

  • Enter your email and click Send


2. Confirm via Email

  • You’ll receive an email with the subject line “Access your customer portal”

  • Click Log in to your customer portal in the email

  • This secure link takes you directly to your billing dashboard


3. Manage Your Subscription & Payment Method

Once inside the portal, you can:

  • View your current subscription details (plan name, price, renewal date)

  • Cancel your subscription by clicking Cancel subscription

  • Update your payment method by editing your saved card or adding a new one


Adding a New Game (Subscription Increase)

If you’d like to add a new game, which increases your subscription price:

  • Please email [email protected]

  • A member of our team will update your subscription and confirm the changes
