There are a few important items to know about how Ktrl pulls data from Adjust.
We require the following settings that you would like to ensure the data in Kohort matches that in the Adjust dashboard without having to constantly change the filters to see the same numbers. For further information on what these are see Adjust Help Center.
Ad Revenue Source
This is the most important as it means that we will only choose the revenue sources that are relevant to your app to avoid revenue duplication
It should be a list see an example below N.B. the below is highly unlikely to be the list you need so please don’t just copy and paste
AdMob
AppLovin Max SDK
TapJoy
IronSource
Etc
Attribution Source
Options: First or dynamic
First doesn’t include re-attributions
Dynamic does include re-attributions
Attribution type
Options: Click, Engaged Ad, and Impressions
We require at least one of these
Ad Spend Source
Options: Mixed, Network or attributions
Choose only one to determine what spend calculation to return in the cost field we use
Currency
Options: these will have been configured in the Adjust dashboard previously, if you have more than one choose whichever you prefer to be in Kohort
Custom IAP revenue event (optional)
Some client have a separate revenue event for IAPs, rather than Adjust's default
If you fall into this category please provide us the name of this event as seen in the reporting API
